In 2015, Toyota Motor Sales and its American Board of Governors held their annual business meeting at the Four Seasons in Washington, DC. The goals of the event are to entertain, educate, and inform the nation's leading dealer partners. We helped define the right mix of special guests and talent for the George P. Johnson produced event which featured comedian host Dennis Miller, and special guest, Senator Rand Paul. We also invited CEO/Founder of Rent the Runway, Jennifer Hyman, to bring her youthful perspective on technology and disruption through "the sharing economy".
The event featured a sneak preview of the all-new Prius, even ahead of the Auto Shows, and gave attendees intimate access to the North American CEO and other top brass, including an "Ask Me Anything" segment. Our design team produced all the screen content, all the slide graphics, and a fantastic museum-style installation chronicling the history of technology tied to the Prius. Strict event access, security and product confidentiality were of paramount importance and key considerations throughout the event.
